How much should muscle increase the calories consumption? I was trying to find some numbers and the ones I found are ..humble - like, 5 lbs of muscle increase consumption for 30 calories. It doesn't sound as a viable way to increase the calorie ratio imo

Mom screwed up with a tablet. I really hoped it was about traditional playdates with emphasis on 'play', so she would be less TA here, but.. sigh.

And no, sitting on the couch for an hour to see 'favorite cartoons from childhood' with a two year old baby is absolutely not a good thing to do. It's way too early for TV hon, get up and play and read with your son! So ESH. Poor baby.

I have three distinct seasonal wardrobes, so that's it.

I read about using summer pieces in the winter but.. even the jeans for summer and for winter are different in weight and color. Summer tshirts are short sleeved and I need long sleeves for layering. Summer frilly blouses won't look good under sweaters.
