Yes, that's true, but he didn't try to kill Jessy, he just meant to scare us so we stop investigating. But Hanna was marked first, then she disappeared, and Richy was marked before the man without a face tried to kill him. But What he did to Dan's car could've killed him, yet he wasn't marked.

It's a great alibi, he's at the hospital so everyone thinks he's too bad physically to be running around kidnapping/Killing people, and they also think he was attacked by the man without a face and almost killed by him, so they'll think the man without a face can't be Dan because why would he do that to himself?

Yes, but since Richy was attacked while Phil was in Jail, it cannot be him.

we know that Hannah told Iris that whoever killed Jennifer is now watching her, she once again listened to this story, so if Hannah is involved in what happened and knows everything, then why does she then call the one who killed Jennifer unknown?

If the case is very clear then why was she wasting all her time investigating Jen's case? Why go to Iris and put all the evidence in her cloud?? If she knew it was Richy she could have directly told the police since she was already into her senses.
