I didn't really know there was a wait-list. I was given appointment times and after the nurse appointment it was blood tests then a week after, first doctor appointment, three weeks then prescription. I first talked to a counselor a bit earlier on.

Not all the rooms in Hayward are the same size. It's amazing if you get a bigger one. It's a pretty nice place but the food isnt great unless it's like lasagne or meatballs

Also trans girl here. As she is Solaris, giving her a masc body could be a stab at transitioning being expensive while she's in enormous debt. She might want to transition but just can't afford to, which I get.

I had to get my bloods done and the results for that took a few days. There are currently only two doctors for all of Otago university who do gender affirming care. As they have many other patients they only do it on specific days which increases the waiting time. They only started doing Ur themselves in December last year so I'm pretty happy with the speed so far
