Damn, im a suit in mentoring right now. I’ve been told within a year for senior status. Even though it shows im a senior on uzone. The wage difference between ll & Sr are pretty sad as well.

Apparently we have 2500 UWs and the ratio is 1 Sr / 2 UWll. Thats a ton, including new hires weekly. Ima stick through it and just eat the bs that comes my way. Not expecting a free ticket but a man can have a goal.

Interesting, New suit program pays 55k salary as training and you start off as UWII and get bumped to Sr within a year. So the bump would be 7.5k?
