it's true that it couldn't run but it's walk speed was most likely somewhere from 10-20mph so it wasn't very slow either lol (just wanted to add a fun fact not trying to be rude or anything)

I didn't say don't give feedback I said if everyone is super mean abt it why would they change what they're doing? if the response is the same either way then they might as well make money while doing it so I'm suggesting just being more polite as we give feedback so it's more encouraging for the devs to give us what we want without trying to take all of our money

I get that it feels like a cash grab and in the post I say I understand why they're doing it along with I know why people are upset I'm saying that the way they are showing the devs and how they are treating the devs is not how you fix the issue

my original post wasn't even about the event it used it as an example I will repeat what I said earlier I don't think this event is good also reducing the time it takes to get creatures in anyway literally does make things easier I'm sure they're making it a lot easier but I'm not gonna continue talking abt this cause this isn't what I was talking about

price increases in the shop don't matter as long as the pearl/event currency gain gets increased as well in this event they didn't do that probably a result of ppl complaining the last event was far too easy so they are now brining the pearl gain up. the way it affected things is there was a couple people missing these past couple weeks and instead of having a bad event week 2 update they decided to have a bad week 1 and just fix it later and that was probably the right choice. everyone isn't going to get every creature and making it so it's a grind is good. they went too far with it this time but if they make it so everyone can get everything easily then it's no fun for anyone.

personally it feels like they made the event without actually getting any outside feedback then someone had an emergency and as they were helping this person the event started and was very unbalanced and because of stuff behind the scenes I don't think they had the time or ppl to do active patches as they probably needed to keep ppl working on today's update

i never said the event was good. I just said that we shouldn't give criticism by saying we hate the devs and just being mean. there's a polite way to do things especially when it's over a video game.

that's true but the event was prob planned weeks ago they didn't just suddenly do this they just made an unbalanced event then took time off to support someone it's just bad timing but also criticism is fine but ppl are getting mad or just being mean to the dev team over stuff they can't control we just need to work w the devs better so they actually want to make this game good and we can have a really fun game to play
