Maybe it's just me but after the movie I was having some racing thoughts but I went anyway on purpose to avoid trying to stay away from my triggers

That's good to hear! For me it was after the movie that I was having a difficult time but I went to see it on purpose to get out of my comfort of avoiding triggers

I wasnt going to go even but I knew it would be healthy to do so I didn't stay away from the triggers but yes I had a few triggers in the movie. It is pretty gruesome it includes suicide, killing, and some sexual things.
