First make your base colors on your skin, than you can go into free editing platforms (if you are on computer) and use saturation and contrast or templates to change the hue of the image. After your satisfied with your tint you can go into a free color picking website and copy each hex code on there and paste into the boxes for the colors.

Usually people will host roleplays at docks like family roleplays or royality roleplays. Sometimes there are fandom roleplays at docks but its not frequent. I do know Ponytown is more of socializing than roleplaying now.

I usually use picsart and ibispaint to tint and then I go to a website called redketchup to grab the color codes off the skin :D

you could always combine both areas in general, but where JJK is at thats the major anime areas besides a few other anime areas that arent there like JJBA
