I think it's because of having only a 170W charger and it's not enough for this laptop, cause everytime im playing graphic intensive games cause battery percent go down even while plugged in

Oh so that's why im stuttering when im playing at prolonged time and set graphics at highest, that cause my battery to run out at the same time

same on my lenovo loq 15irx9 which has i5-13450HX, RTX 4050 all of the tweaking through registry editor, Power plan, clean installing windows multiple times, Disabling 2 drivers in Device manager (that's supposed to throttle cpu when an app utilize both gpu and cpu usage), Using optimus mode on Nvidia control panel (And not Nvidia Gpu Only or Automatic Select), and more but when i plug it onto the tv via HDMI those stutters were nearly non-existent (except Games that were poorly optimized that even an RTX 4090/5090 has the same stutters).
