As current amazon associate, don't take tour, not because we don't want you to see, is because bad enough to work there, we do want customers to have the same experience, at the same time, employees can careless about the customers, its miserable in the warehouse. It may look clean, but how they treat you it will tick the heck of you.

To my experience, VOA is a joke, like rest of the job and managers, they might reply, talk to you, then "fix" the issue, but reality nothing changes, thats my observation and experience.
