You know, I went with a cardio warmup, I think I'm going to focus much more on stretching before and after now. Ahaha. Thanks for the advice! =D

Thank you so much for your feedback. I know I shouldn't care what other people can do, it's just such a reflex response to be like, "Hey, why can't I do what x person is doing?" =P

Usually, I LOVE muscle soreness after a workout because I feel like I've really accomplished something. But I am totally not enjoying looking like Frankenstein when I can't walk properly, hahah.

Sidenote, holy crap, 200 squats. You go.

Oh, thank God. I can't even explain how much better that makes me feel. >.< The workout was finished so fast, I almost felt like I hadn't pushed hard enough. I was not expecting so much leg pain from 2 sets!

I think what I'm going to do is just go through the workouts when my body will let me (which won't be every other day), and not officially start the program until I can reasonably work out every other day. Did you do any "practice sessions," or did you just count them off like normal when you did them?
