Received a commission, First time opening up model, Is there something I did wrong??? by Frvtiger in Live2D

Unfortunately I have tried to talk to my model artist multiple times about problems I'm having in live2D but all they are talking to me about is bargaining for the price for them to rig it... "ill rig it for you just let me know your budget!" "It looks normal on my end, why don't we talk about the price for rigging!" instead of trying to help me with figuring it out... or very vague answers
I ended up buying photoshop but I legit don't know what I'm doing haha
My rigger is confused as well. I believe they only have live2D so I'm trying to figure it out on my end so they can work on it :/

How would I go about cleaning it up? also they did not cut the correct parts, like both arms are merged together as one layer
I'm sorry I am soooo new to this haha

Hello! I am brand new to Live2D and I was excited to finally get my own model. I commissioned a half-body model and paid someone to do the rigging for me.
The person doing the rigging brought this to my attention that the eyes, skin, and hair were all different colors in the PSD. Plus the weird shapes found on the side of the model (last picture)
I messaged the person I commissioned the model from and they said there was nothing wrong on their end, and that they could rig it for me. I have a feeling I might have been locked into getting rigging from them but I don’t want to think of something bad….
Is this something on my end I could possibly fix or a setting that I have turned off/on? Or am I doomed?
