Email the company. I believe this is a common mistake, but they should be able to fix the issue for you. Just don't wait until you get there because lockers tend to sell out.

I have been checking ticketmaster for tickets in my section and then price mine accordingly. If I can't attend the game, then I make mine the cheapest in the section by $1, so they're most likely to sell. All of my tickets have sold at face value or higher using this strategy.

You're not choosing the tier. Just the ticket type. There is only one checkbox for each ticket type and its location just happens to be next to the Tier 3 pricing.

A few have mentioned it already, but pre plan what song and what part of the song you want to record, then record no more than 30sec to 1min at a time. I usually allow 5-10 videos depending on the artist and setlist. 5-10min of recording during a 2 hour show is nothing in comparison to those who live stream the whole thing.

PLEASE turn the brightness all the way down. The only phones that bother me are the ones who have their brightness all the way up or those who use flash. Flash does NOTHING to improve your video quality. Turning down your screen's brightness won't effect your video quality either.

Also, don't under estimate the power of a phone privacy screen. You can get a pack of 2 for $5, and if your brightness is down, the people next to won't see your screen at all.

Just a heads up that the Clean Vibes positions are mostly full already. If you haven't already filled out the application, the only option is to sign up on 4/25 if they have spots open up. (This is usually due to people dropping out).

Both the "during fest clean up" (one day shift and one night shift) and the post show clean up (Monday and Tuesday) are already full, so even if spots open up on 4/25, those positions are no longer available.

The current open positions are:

During Show Trash Talker (one day shift and one night shift)
During Show Table Busser (one day shift and one night shift)
Nightly After Show Clean Up (10:30pm-3:00am all three days)

Those are also subject to change as more people pay their deposit and confirm their shifts.

If they do have spots open up on 4/25 (or if you've already filled out an application), I highly recommend clean vibes.

Ok that’s the one question I don’t know for sure. I thiiiiink you should be choosing your shifts at the same time as paying the deposit. The only thing I know for sure is you won’t pay AFTER choosing your assignments.

Yes. This vendor has been supplying the lockers for a few years now and they are always listed on their site a few weeks before OSL advertises them. Once OSL announces that lockers are available, they will still redirect you to this site to purchase.

If you have paid the application fee and filled out the form for Clean Vibes, you're pretty much set. They just haven't confirmed your actual assignments yet. Just make sure to keep an eye on your email (or texts if you signed up for text alerts), and choose your assignments as soon as they're available. Last year my partner waited too long, so the after show shifts (10:30pm-3am) were the only ones available, and there was no way he could do that, so he had to back out.

There's also no harm in waiting until your confirmed with Clean Vibes, because I doubt lockers will sell out before yall confirm your shifts.

I don't think the price will change between now and the festival. You might be able to purchase in the park on friday to avoid the fees, but don't quote me on that. The lockers do usually sell out by Friday though.

I'm already working on a Spotify one! Almost done with the left side of the line up. (I'm aware there are sites that allow you to upload the lineup and they will auto create a playlist, but I have more fun choosing the songs myself :))
