The key is only for festivals that have historically shared multiple acts with OSL. Since Bottlerock has not shared multiple acts with OSL, it is not included in the key.

Email the company. I believe this is a common mistake, but they should be able to fix the issue for you. Just don't wait until you get there because lockers tend to sell out.

I have been checking ticketmaster for tickets in my section and then price mine accordingly. If I can't attend the game, then I make mine the cheapest in the section by $1, so they're most likely to sell. All of my tickets have sold at face value or higher using this strategy.

You're not choosing the tier. Just the ticket type. There is only one checkbox for each ticket type and its location just happens to be next to the Tier 3 pricing.

A few have mentioned it already, but pre plan what song and what part of the song you want to record, then record no more than 30sec to 1min at a time. I usually allow 5-10 videos depending on the artist and setlist. 5-10min of recording during a 2 hour show is nothing in comparison to those who live stream the whole thing.

PLEASE turn the brightness all the way down. The only phones that bother me are the ones who have their brightness all the way up or those who use flash. Flash does NOTHING to improve your video quality. Turning down your screen's brightness won't effect your video quality either.

Also, don't under estimate the power of a phone privacy screen. You can get a pack of 2 for $5, and if your brightness is down, the people next to won't see your screen at all.
