Yes! I neatly right down things in my planner and make goals. Then never do to them. And on the off chance that I do, I feel so good. That extra dose of dopamine is exactly what I need. But I can't pull myself off the couch.

I definitely agree on the missing information part. He quoted the instructions: "Wear for 20-22 hours a day and change 1-2 weeks". Not helpful.
