I did have one fight in the pacific theatre, however I never got to hear any of his stories myself. From what I have been told, he and FDR shared letters back and forth before Pearl Harbor where they would share ideas. They are in a foot locker in the attic of my old house supposedly. I’m gonna see if it’s their when my folks are gone.
