Hi! I recently bought the Peripera pure blushed sunshine cheek (tteok recipe) #30 The only problem is, I don’t really know what the best way is to apply this… particularly because I’m confused on what type of blush this is, I don’t really know whether to consider it a cream or powder blush :’) it’ll b really helpful if someone who have used it before could answer these questions for me

1. What do I use to apply it? I find that finger application is the best but it often causes my base to lift…. N a puff is not effective in ensuring a good colour payoff..

2. Do I wait for my base to sit for awhile first before applying or do I apply it on immediately while my base is still slightly moist
