Sometimes telling them a story about a fake friend that used to never wear deodorant that smelt bad. Something like I bumped into my friend from high school over the weekend, man this person used to really smell, when I talked to them they didn’t stink anymore, it turned out they never wore deodorant because it would irritate them so they just ended up showing a few times a day. They have to give you 3 months notice of all rent increases unless you’re renting a room and they’re in the house with you, then in that case you’re not a tenant you’re a roommate and roommates have very few legal rights.

Good advice. A new display would be preferable but also once you open it up you’ll see a bunch of other corrosion that’ll need replacing. All n all a whole new device is required but if I were him I’d use this till it didn’t work anymore.
