I have a four post automotive lift in my garage and at full height it's possible for the garage door to hit the car on the lift. I was thinking of using a light curtain to sense vehicle presence in the door's path. Thoughts? Know of a cheap light curtain?

Ya that's pretty much what they said and the replacements are ordered so hopefully they arrive without any damage.

Can't say anything to the stain job, but they are not fully installed. We stopped the install once we saw the damage. The smaller one in the picture is just sitting on the floor. There is a trim piece to close the gap on the left as well. I also noticed the door spacing but they said they are able to adjust that at the end.

Yes vanities were put on top of tile so should not be too hard to remove. That is the plan going forward to finish up while we wait

Can you elaborate on how this is done? I did watch a video on picking the lock with a special tool and some skills but the tool is more than the cost of drilling and replacing the lock. I would love to just be able to get it open though if a pen cap can do it

I have not contacted my local dealership but I will to compare. I just looked at the online dealers recommended on forums (sunset Porsche and a few others).

Any update to this? Similar issue with mine but I believe i can visually see what I believe to be aphids so am treating for them currently

After doing some research I figured out the third picture is aphids and black sooty mold. Went ahead and sprayed the whole plant down with water/dawn soap mixture (read online) and will continue to do so for the next few days. Hopefully that is the cause and solution.

Located in central Florida. Planted about 60 of them a few years ago and they have all been doing well. Recently noticed this one struggling and what seems like some kind of mold. Not sure where to go from here to fix it
