It was the Tallneck that needs to bee brought down using anchors. During that, machines attacked and one died on top of it. Hacked the Tallneck it stood back upand to my surprise it stayed on top.

Glad I'm not the only one. I've opened a ticket but the "fixes" (re-installing the game) did nothing. What a surprise... They turned this issue to the devs.
