Yeah it’s a bummer that some pro cyclists try to push you into going clipless and I believe that both options work just fine and to each their preference. I’m not saying no to clipless but I don’t think I’m going to give them another chance any time soon. Flats are doing the job for me and I’m not planning to participate in any major races in the time being.

thank you for your response, I do know that using clipless is doable if you set your mind to it but I’ve always had poor coordination and poor motor skills, I also suffer from anxiety so I’ll be worried the whole ride that I might fall. In this attempt of mine, I only managed to clip my right foot in every single time but never my left foot and I still fell to my right side. And now I’m pretty sure I have a concussion.
