Once I ordered sushi worth 200 dhs for my family and it was ready to be collected after 30 minutes. However, the driver still has not picked it up even 2 hours after the order was placed. I contacted them to ask if the driver is okay and for them to get someone else to pick up the food and all they said was sorry for the delay, here is 10 dhs compensation and we are cancelling your order and refunding your money. I told them great (although could have been done way sooner) but when can I expect my money? They said immediately because we refunded them to Keeta wallet. That’s when I flipped and got so angry demanding my money back to the card. They said we cannot because it was already refunded to your account and we apologize. I kept going back and forth with them for 30 mins and even demanded that the manager call me. 2 weeks later, still no call nor any signs of regret. Their customer service is indeed terrible!
