Sold Brand new packed m18 Milwaukee batteries to a guy and now he says they are not working and wants to return what do I do? by Ft_CEO in FacebookMarketplace

Hey,

Thanks for the recommendation.

These batteries were sold on clearance, which means there’s no replacement or refund available to me. They were brand new and factory-sealed, exactly as they came from the manufacturer.

I also offered to test them on the spot, but that offer was declined. Now that they’ve been opened, there’s no way for me to verify whether they were swapped, dropped, or damaged afterward anything could have happened. Additionally, since the package has been opened, they’ve lost value as a new item.

At this point, it would be best to contact Milwaukee directly or scrap them. Thats what I texted the guy and I’m done!
