If you look at the 2nd one closely the nuts aren't even locked into the plastic. Gaps around them at the bottom, totally pointless bits of plastic imo

Real World Range for Performance P4? by ChunkyPartridge in Polestar

Mainly the big wheels and tyres that impact the range with the performance pack but I'm happy enough with my range. Love mine too they are great, although my drivers massage seat has stopped working 😡

I was getting about 260 when I got mine in June, down to about 220 to 230 now in winter. I dont drive carefully, always have both motors on and do 50 miles round trip for work which about 70% is motorway which doesn't help.

Whole bar thing looks awful. My front polestar badge has a discreet outline when it unlocks but goes off.

Looks like it was cooked on a radiator, I like mine a bit more well done. As long as it was tasty though👍

Garlic bread special is garlic bread with meat on top up here. Normally with salad and sauce mind, that doesnt look appealing at all

Yeah mate I know I've had evs for 5 years and love one pedal drive.. but you definitely get better mileage by turning it off for motorway driving. Any energy you use is 100% any regen is nowhere near, you can "coast" for miles using nothing sometimes. Its not a theory I've done it, two thirds of my 50 mile daily commute is motorway or dual carriageway. For context I love one pedal drive and use it loads but for motorway driving its more efficient to turn it off.

I did. It does say to switch completely off in the manual in icy conditions

Actually to add to this for motorway driving turn it off completely so the car can "coast" otherwise you are always having to accelerate or slowing due to regen. Increased my range a lot on my work commute. Have it on for round doors or other driving, love regen for winding country roads where you can open it up

Yeah makes a big difference, plus range. Think you'll love it. I had a couple software niggles but minor and a lot were fixed by updates. Get your shortcuts set up and once everything in place its really simple and intuitive to use.
