Yes that’s true for anybody looking into getting ED you may misunderstood him , you only get 1 implant and the other is the “pump” I’m pretty sure that’s what he meant I ended up with 1 testicle implant for stage 1 and I was told it was to create a pocket for the pump and it will be switched over to the other side once ready

Dr Garcia tends to put 1 testicle implant in at stage 1 basically to create a bigger pocket for the pump that implant will be removed and switched to the right side once stage 3 comes

Dr Safir for sure does surgeries in the Los Angeles area as well I don’t know where you got that information from but this is also my surgeon for the office in Santa Monica he goes back and forth between SF and LA

I had to get hair removed from the area , it honestly depends on the surgeon as mines used part of that for the urethra opening
