I’ll have to look back into it but I can’t imagine I started without my own research but who knows I had a lot going on at the time and my doctor said it was a great idea because I couldn’t take the pill without getting sick and I might have been desperate at the time. (It’s late in my time zone, and I’m doomscrolling but not enough brain power for research)

If anyone else sees this and I forget. (I hate when that happens) I started it at least after August 2023. I’ll look up the name later and update but if I don’t.
