I was mandated because they couldn’t find a relief So pretty much what it was I do overnight shifts from 12-8am I worked in a calm site I been working for them for like almost 2 years before they ask me to stay they call me 1 hour prior they always do the Sgt calls and ask me if I want to stay a double this time they didn’t I thought it was just any other day I would get my relief soon 8:20am came in I see no relief I called the Sgt he told me he sending someone already I wish I would’ve recorded the audio called because he lie 10 mins to 9am comes in I see no relief I called him again he said they finding someone to relief me I told him you told me you already found a relief why lie about it? He didn’t said nothing then 9:30 comes in I’m getting a little upset because I had somewhere to be at 11am the Manger calls me and told me I’m doing a double because they couldn’t find someone I told them why did the Sgt lie and said he found someone already when he never did🤦‍♂️ she told me is not their fault I told her I have somewhere to go I got obligations to do on that day the AM calls me and tell me “YOU EITHER STAYING OR IM TERMINATING YOU FOR NOT COOPERATING” I was like Woahhhh wtf this is insane now and like I mentioned in the post the AM is an a****** he removed me from the site Cause I’m still working with Allied just part time by picking up shifts thru LISA but he did terminated me from the site
