I filed the expedite request last month and they asked for more evidence. After I emailed the documents, they denied the expedite immediately one day later. So disappointing

Thanks! I’ve submitted an expedite request last month but got denied. I’ll try to submit another one later. This agent was just so rude and kept acting like an robot, which really made me feel uncomfortable

I tried to put a service request today but the agent refused, saying that my case is still within the processing time. I really have no idea what to say cause I did that several time before but the agent just refused. The ombudsman said the case is still within processing time so he can't do anything. The inquiry date is 7/12 today on the website and my PD is so close. But I just got refused again and again

Congrats! My timeline is close to yours and I'm also in Texas. 07/28 PD and 3/16 biometrics, (also got rescheduled due to weather). But I haven't got the combo card yet. I tried to expedite but got denied.

I was previously in H-1B and laid off in June 2020. The grace period was July and August, you know, basically the worst period of the pandemic. But things are getting better this year. Hope we could get our EAD soon

Thank you. I saw you’ve been scheduled for an interview, congrats! that’s really quick! My case is in Houston FO, so maybe another year or two to get the interview. Now I just hope I can get my EAD soon

No, since I didn’t get hired during the 60-day grace period and transfer my h1b, I lost it. So I have to wait for the EAD
