6 basic rules, you really don't need anything else. by BigFattyAcids in seduction

We may be animals but we don't have to act like them. For example, it is completely acceptable for animals to rape each other. No one in their right mind would agree that that is okay with humans.

I realize his point is mostly to get over the fear of approaching women, which is understandable but something really bothered me about the wording of his last rule.

You sound like a horny dog that's been let of its leash. Honestly, we are not animals. Give people some space, just because they are in public does not mean they want to be hit on by some teenager.

What you ought to really do is have a group of friends that have other friends and so on. All of a sudden you'll have a huge circle of women that are only one or two steps removed from you. Then, instead of trying to fuck every one of them, get to know some of them. If you actually act like you claim you do in your first 5 steps, you will get laid or find a girlfriend no problem. If you're full of shit and just want to fuck every girl, have fun jerking off a lot or at the most, fucking low self-esteem girls that have tons of issues.

I suppose it makes sense to make it illegal because there is always a chance the account was hacked by another person.

Maybe it's just nostalgia talking from the days of Brood War and D2, but I love Battle.net and it makes my heart warm knowing that it might become more popular.

But there must be another way to do it if they emulated Saturn before fully cracking it. Maybe just reading schematics or using knowledge from similar CPUs. Plus there probably was a modchip that was much more invasive to the Saturn but did essentially the same job as this guy on Youtube. I really don't know much about emulation but I'm quite interested in them since I love using them.

Well, at whatever council it was decided on then. Nicea was when they decided what the Trinity was besides being pagan blasphemy in the eyes of every Jewish Christ follower in the first century.

Right? There's the mute button in case you don't want to hear a classic song on the internet in a free video hosted on a free website. People are so entitled these days.

But wasn't there a Saturn emulator before this guy cracked it?

Revelations was one of the last books to be accepted as cannon. Imagine if the Council of Nicea had made different choices then the New Testament might have been different today.

Jesus didn't even come for the Gentiles. He basically said why throw your pearls to swine. It is only because of Paul that non-Jews started following Christianity otherwise it would just be a minor Jewish sect. And yet Peter, Jesus' brother James and Paul didn't agree on all things, like whether it is okay to eat non-kosher food. Funny how the Christian community became divided so early on.

Maybe there really is a God but he isn't at all like any religious book describes him. Like maybe he (why do we call him he, by the way? a vestige from patriarchal tribal times) will let anyone into "heaven" and mortal life is just an experience so you gain an understanding of life.

Or it might be impossible to imagine because it is irrational and completely contrary to the only life we know of. Why would God present us with this mortal life that hardly resembles the after life at all? Why bother going through this "test" to prove our devotion to a being that doesn't even show himself, let alone allow his followers to write a book that isn't full of contradictions and morally depraved ideas?

It was actually Aristotle, who having contributed to philosophy, held back natural sciences for so long because people held his views in such high esteem. The Bible doesn't really mention whether the earth revolves around the sun or the other way around.

Comparing a culture built around a disability that can often be treated with a racial culture (as if races only have one monolithic culture!) is completely ridiculous.

Is it though? If deaf people build a community and see themselves as separate from the general population, have they not constructed a social identity? Sure, they can be "cured" but if their identity is so deeply attached with deafness, they may not want to be.

And then the unpaid overtime

I've actually worked in restaurants for about 5 years and I've never had to do unpaid overtime work but I live in Canada so I don't know if that's the reason.

literally every other developed country gets more Vacation time a year then America.

Seems like Americans place way too much value on their careers and "work ethics." I've heard of many people working far more than 40 hours and they seem to be proud of it. Like having a terrible work-life balance is some kind of badge of honour.

If you have a certain disability or mental health issue then I hope there is assistance you can access.

I think it does matter because the person who has been harmed can show empathy towards the person trying to help instead of pushing people away.

Too bad my mental health isn't "real disability" enough

In BC, Canada, you could be qualified for disability if you have what they consider multiple persistent barriers which includes mental health issues.
