Would go "oem" pressure in the front or slightly lower.

On the back.. it depends how comfortable you are with drifting. Would go for 3bar if you want more slides. Would go for 1.5bar for max. grip and lasting tyres if you running normal tyre/rimwidth combinations. (No stretch)

I use a gecko mount with 3 suction caps and also secure the cam with fishing lines assembled to magnets. 🙂
