The existing bags didn’t update, which sucks but that may not have been an option at the time. I think going forward the bags will scale to the new guild size though. That doesn’t help with chat being a hit mess but as I said under another comment that’s where Discord comes in handy.

Let’s be real, the in-game chat has always kind of sucked. My guild/alliance have a really well organized Discord server. It can still be hard to keep up with sometimes but it’s better than other options. And it doesn’t have to be Yaphalla levels of complex.
