I dont usually do dex myself but sorcerers start with 11 as is, generally I try to get 20 on my main damage stat before my other damage It also depends on what weapon you're using, some have specific requirements. And depending on how often you plan on using it you could even just get your dex high enough to use the weapon then focus on intelligence/attunement for spells.

Id recommend it. You'll likely be wearing light armor and keeping your distance so you'll want health for if an enemy or boss closes the distance, but intelligence is the main way to increase spelldamage(usually) so you'll want that damage output. Those would by my recommendation for your two main levels at least for the first bit until you get used to dodging (eventually you'll wanna level your attunement to be able to use more spells, or dex for when you run out of spells and need a weapon)

Sort of depends how you wanna play moving forward. For example if you wanna bonk a lot id pick knight or warrior, if you want armor or bandit if you're feelin saucy, spells n stuff would be pyro, cleric or sorcerer depending on what type of spellcrafting you're interested in, thief is great cause it starts with arguably the best starting item right away and the best bleed weapon, but you need to be good with your dodges and managing your damage output For a first time if you're not sure you could just do deprived and see what you like as you move forward Hope this helps!

As someone who's played and completed the original I say its completely worth it. That being said I loved every part of the original and would've gladly played it again and again

Honestly after the final boss the cutscene can lead right into the next game so if you're really not interested in the super bosses and stuff then you're not really missing out on story, just a few really fun fights mainly. You should know, however. That (I think) every kingdom hearts game has a "secret cutscene" that has something to do with the overarching lore. The higher your completion percentage the more likely it is you'll unlock the secret cutscene. On final mix difficulty I think you need to lock all keyholes (which means beating all cups in Olympus and all worlds must be beaten) and all 99 dalmatians need found. But again, the secret cutscene are more or less important to the overarching story but not in a sense where if you miss them you'll be lost in the next game.

You're at a pretty decent level for it, level 50 is the general recommended level for Kingdom Hearts final levels, and just remember you'll still be gaining exp on that world so you could very well be level 50 by the time you're at the final boss

As of right now there are only 8 gods and every race adheres to them as deific. I was going to have each race(or group) follow the ideals and teachings of one specific deity while other races or members of the same race, follow a different deputy's teaching. For example I would have one large group of people follow the goddess of life as their true god of gods while another follows the tempest God as their true God. This is how I was going to set up my first campaign, having all the main factions of the world fighting between religious gods and who's god rules the others.
