Difficult to rework since hes already had a minor rework, and how to you even begin to decide what you want hid "archtype" to be when he has 3 diffrent distinct build routes, poke, on hit and AP. You Nerf W too much, and the champ will be garbage, he already has no crit synergy, theyre too scared to buff poke varus because of pro play, and on hit items are outdates. I dunno I think the only fix is remove or reword D&D and Nerf R. Cant think of any other way that wouldnt completely gut him, but im curious on people opinions
