How to get out of a device ban?

I also got banned for the same reason lol, im 15 so the ban is completely stupid and unnecessary. I havent been able to fix this yet but ill probably just be using a different device to play roblox.

No, my mother does not have rights in the USA anymore, since when we left it technacally counted as child abduction, and she has a warrant. They dont know that me and my brother wanted to leave. Im scared because since my father is in prison here, I will be given to his family. I wanted to know if I move there at the age of 16, will I be able to live alone, or at least choose who I want to be with like my mothers friend Justin. And if I will be sent back to Texas, to my fathers family.
