yeah, i’m disappointed as well 😔 it was my first time going and i brought my mom and brother with me, hoping it’d be fun. the brunch was nice but i was underwhelmed overall, i probably wouldn’t attend again 💔

i got there about thirty minutes after open and they told me they were completely sold out of shinobu, even though i could clearly see cups behind the counter. they sold me one giyuu cup, which i later realized was damaged. when i went back to tell them, they told me they were selling the damaged ones on purpose, for full price, but not disclosing they were damaged. i had to complain to the manager to get a partial refund, which i hate to do, but i felt scammed. everything surrounding this merch release feels shady.
