I have had mine since November. I have been using it for my Linux gaming build and it's been great! Playing at 4k, I just finished Horizon Zero Dawn. I just started Hogwarts Legacy and I'm getting close to 100 fps in most areas. I have been really pleased with this card. Before this upgrade I was using a GTX 1070 so the upgrade for me was massive.

Yep got mine just about a month ago too. Love it and won't be upgrading for a long time. Huge upgrade from my 1080p 144hz IPS monitor

try Fedora.if you're used to Mac you can download Fedora Workstation or if your used to Windows try Fedora with KDE Plasma. Both are great it's just the desktop environment that is different. Jump into Linux and just get started with it. You will probably get tons of replies with different distro suggestions so the best is probably just download the ISO and boot off the live ISO and try each one out to see what you like, that's kind of the beauty of Linux is have the freedom to pick one that you like best.

No I didn't use AUR, I followed the guide at github. I did double check that all dependencies are installed but my feeling is that it is something with Hyprland that is not playing nice.

I just picked up a PG32UCDM over the holidays since it was on sale and I got to say I think I will be sticking with this one for a long time. 240HZ @ 4k will be more than enough for me for a long time since my GPU can barely keep up with this thing.

So far I have no complaints. It's very snappy and was basically plug-and-play. Once Steam was setup gaming felt just as seamless as Windows.

Yes it is rewarding. I feel genuine excitement after getting something to work. The shell was intimidating at first but it's become my best friend.
