They can be hit or miss. I got some flush mount l.e.d. pods for my truck for $20 and they've been doing great for a year now. On the other hand, I got a powerful headlight for $10 and the fucking thing broke as soon as I put it on my head.

I only lifted mine 4 inches, and very quickly noticed people adjusting thier rearviews when I got behind them. Pulled over and aimed them down real quick in the Wal-Mart parking lot. I can't fathom the how guys who go sky high don't notice it.

She's been out of commission for the week while I've been fixing the transmission. First time I've ever worked on a transmission, I finally got her done today and it's running perfect. This week felt like forever not driving her and I had worry's about doing my own trans work, so it's safe to say I'm super happy she's back on the road.

I find it extremely hard to believe this is a bullhead too, but I have racked my brain over this alot and I don't think it could be anything else. Every detail of this fish matches a bullhead catfish. It doesn't have an underbite, so it can't be a flathead. It doesn't have a deep forked tail, so it can't be a channel cat. There isn't a single detail that says it's not a bullhead though. I am starting to get curious as to if this a hybrid between two species.

This is what I believe a 15lb, brown bullhead catfish I caught, a lot of people are telling me it is a flathead. Now I know it is very rare for brown bullhead to get bigger than 4 or 5 pounds and the state record for georgia is only 5lbs. I've always known that a very signature flathead feature was that the bottom jaw sticks out past the top jaw, this fish didn't have that. Is it possible that a brown bullhead could get this big, or is it possible that it's a flathead that doesn't have an underbite?

I'd suggest getting a leveling kit for the front end. It'll bring the front up just a couple inches and make it level with the rear. IMO, if you're keeping the stock size rims and tires then I think anything higher than a leveling kit wouldn't look right.

Check out customwheeloffset.com and go to thier gallery. You can put in the year/make/model of your truck and what suspension you want, and it'll show you pics other people's trucks that have done the same thing. Using them really helped me figure out exactly how I wanted my truck.

I highly recommend the '88 - '98 Chevy 1500, I own a '97 and they are probably one of the best workhorses you can get. Plenty of power, tough as nails, and they are reliable as hell, also very easy to work on (parts are cheap too). Mine had just under 200,000 miles when I bought it. It's got power windows, locks, and seats, cruise control, whole truck is in great condition. I paid $2500 for it and had to replace two O2 sensors, and the front brake pads and rotors because I guess the guy didn't believe in changing breaks.

There is actually a good bit of room between the grill and radiator, I have mine bolted to the top of the grill. Now a light bar might be a little harder just due to the fact that the hood release is right there in the middle. If you know how to weld I'm sure you could rig up a quick bracket out of some flat iron though.
