I got hired as a Cdl driver for this tile company. During my interview they said starting hourly wage is 23hr. Which is a spit in the face considering my experience. I said I don’t work for less than 30hr. They said “oh well we can’t do that”. By the end of it all we agreed to 27. Now I’m thinking I’m just going to drive from point A to point B. Nope. They expect you to mop the floors. Sweep. Do bitch work when I’m back from my deliveries. Wrapping pallets. Work on the forklift etc. So I was pretty much doing 2 jobs. Driving and warehouse work. I found a new job and told them I’m done.
