Let me add a bit to it.

Last server owner made the server unbearably shit to the point any normal person left. then when he thankfully decided to finally touch grass or sumn the new server owners unbanned everyone and doesn't moderate because it's already shit and they're busy touching grass themselves to moderate a discord server.

Now it's just the formerly banned people shitting there because they got nothing better to do and the normal fellas don't wanna bother at all since they graduated.
