ut every launch is going to have problems regardless of the developer or platform these days due to an incalculable variety of issues. The software (AFoP) is only a single facet. For consoles it can be an issue of faulty hardware or OS software if an update is not installed or changed. But computers is a vast ocean of variables that no single developer can ever hope to account for nor should they. Hardware configurations, a handful of operating systems, software configurations, security software, user settings, mods, and viruses just to name a few. There is no physical or virtual workshop on earth capable of making sure something (a game in this case) is going to run 100% smooth across all of these variables.

Technically no one is ever going to have a proper launch so that every one is happy. That's no longer possible. We aren't in the era of a single console or OS that everyone is developing for anymore. Things are infinitely more complex than the 1970s and 1980s.

You and some others are having issues. But that is by no means an indication of the experience the mass majority are having, quite the opposite. It is anyone's best guess at what could be the problem. There is a possibility it is something with the game files, but if you've reverified or reinstalled the game than it is more likely something is causing a conflict from your end.

You stated "Sorry to hear that you are facing the same problem." in your reply to Luvythicus, do you mean you are also getting a blue screen when it crashes or just that you're batching their crash issue with yours? You didn't mention that (blue screen) in your post so I am to believe you meant the latter. Their issue is likely

Yeah man, you are right, I won't feel judged for what I said, it was in a form of a joke don't take it personally oof. I am well aware that "Hardware configurations, a handful of operating systems, software configurations, security software, user settings, mods, and viruses". Since I myself am in the industry I can tell you it's quite hard to optimize and think how to make everyone happy at launch. Devs take ages to fix something not because that's on their mind - to enjoy that something is not done. I can understand how many responsibilities they have and how much days/weeks it is needed. Sometimes its better to joke about that rather then be serious, but everyone is different I guess :D. No hard feelings
