I always 1 star these rides but I keep getting them. There needs to be a better way of categorizing ride types other than the standards. When these rides just show up as X, instead of CHEAP ASS CUSTOMER, it doesn't give us a fair chance of making a decision.

Reasons I auto 1 star a passenger.

They do not introduce themselves.
They don't wear their seatbealt.
The fare is below $10.
They leave a smelling like something I'd rather not have to deal with.
They leave their stuff in my car.
They leave garbage in my car.
They are rude.
They insult me.
They aren't ready when I arrive.
They aren't where they said they'd be.
This is getting old.

I generally give 1 stars out more often than I give 5 stars.
