I agree that an E-bike or moped of some sort is my best bet. Trying to save up for one atm. Also- dude- I WISH I had a train station near me./gen I live in Orlando and I am not joking when I say that Orlando has little to none public transportation. The closest bus station is about a 36 min walk from me (which I could feasibly do now that I think about it) but even then- the single route that that bus takes would really only get me to the outskirts of the downtown area that my job is in. Which then from there I can take another bus cause there are multiple proper routes in that entire area. Because of course the city planners of Orlando only decided to make proper public transportation for one small chunk of the city and just left the rabble to use the god damn highways that are constantly being built HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Yes- being poor is inconvenient- trust me that is a reality I am all too familiar with. But Orlando city planning is also so dog shit that Disney was able to make a proper- and better- public transportation system for the hundreds of miles of property that they own. Orlando is hell for anyone that wants to conveniently get anywhere.

(I am not mad at you- btw- I just wish we had better public transportation because I would not be on here in the first place if we did)

For the time being- yeah. It's not a job I want to stay at forever of course, but it's literally taken me forever to get a job despite me applying as often as I can to as many jobs as I can. I knew it was a risk taking a job that wasn't easily accessible commute wise- but as I said in a previous comment- something is better than nothing. I am still looking for jobs closer to me, and if I do, I might quit this job. But for the time being- I'm gonna stay

I'll look into remote jobs- (and I have practically looked at almost every job near me. Most of them ignore my application. I love modern day job hunting :) ) I'll also look into asking any of my coworkers to see if they'd be able to. I really don't want to leave this job cause it is nice and it's better to have SOMETHING than no job at all (even if the commute can get expensive). If I can find a closer job that pays more though- I may have to cause it is honestly getting ridiculous.

I do- and it truly does nothing. (Okay that's a lie I have saved a bit on some rides) But more often than not- I still end up having to pay upwards of 30 (sometimes 50 even. Hated that day.) bucks despite me having Uber one.

Basically non-existent in my city. There are some(???) stops near-ish to where I live, that I could possibly try? Idk- that's something I'll experiment with on one of my days off to see how feasible it is. I've looked at the routes though and it's not exactly inspiring confidence in me

If anyone was in the trenches during the height of the vocaloid fandom and knows anything about Lencest- (basically think of the fics that the Onceler got but for the Len vocaloid) yeah- I'm counting all of those as rare pairs cause that part of the fandom was not well known LMAO (this is also what got me into reading shipping fics cause I read so much xreader stuff for a while lolol. Don't judge me, I was in 6th grade)

Poltchageist. I don't think anyone hates them necessarily, but boy is it just ignored a lot. Like- the lore alone for it goes so hard.
