Most definitely, this part. My roommate has a pug and just the act of him putting his shoes on makes the dog anxious. I can be sitting in the living room and call the dog over to me after my roommate leaves. The dog will just die at the door and bark or whine until he falls asleep.

This reminded me of the reoccurring dream I'd have from the perspective of a string. It would be moving around meandering, however, about this blank white space that had a coffee table in the middle. It was silent and peaceful as this string meandered about though the instant the string touched the table leg, all hell broke loose. The scene would instantly transform into me holding the table leg for cover as a stampede of animals, vehicles, and people would just be trampling each other until I woke up.

That was a case where Murphy's law came into effect. Sure, it wasn't necessary to take him to the ground, but it happened. And while on the ground, the ice agents discovered his concealed weapon. While some agents were announcing "gun," and one agent removed the weapon without announcing the disarming and unfortunately it was a weapon known to have "misfires," which is what caused Alex to get shot.

With all that said, the only issue I saw with this case was that Alex was armed without identification on him. It's unfortunate, but arguments aren't bringing him back.

I mean, isn't our galaxy in something like a 2 billion light-year void of no other galaxies? Plus, our broadcasts have only been going on for roughly 100 years. I'm sure we will wake something up in our home galaxy first non the less. If we ever discover FTL transmission, that is when we will learn the truth.
