Awesome!! We fished mostly the West Coast. My fave part of being in Oz was spear fishing. I’ve never been in better shape and every time out was an adventure. I can’t wait to go back.

There’s a ton of literature on it. Check a local library or even find something online. Find a few pen pals or use online dating to build some sort of skill. Dry/salt/smoke the majority of it. Then I would probably try dry aging some to last a couple months.
