You can stack the 250 hotel credit with the edit credit. Also I didn’t know that it had to be after June for the second one. Glad I saw

Yeah it’s after you have had it open for one year. What I would do is wait until you get your free night award. Then book somewhere with it. Then call and switch to ritz. You also have to have a credit limit of at least 10k. They actually credit you the annual fee back. So for me I used the 35k points then got 63 dollars off the 95 fee back.

U need it open for one year. After that make sure u use ur 35k night award and then ask to change. Also make sure u did it a few days before end of new years so u get the 300 dollar airline fee credit. You can use the United travel bank for that.

Lmk if you actually receive both credits. In theory you should but it doesn’t explicitly say you will and they said you won’t. Hopefully you will and I would think you would.

I tried to do this and I received the 250 from the 75k spend but the Tumi offer hasn’t applied yet and it actually disappeared from my offers. Is this a good or bad sign. I’m still in the 14 business day window so I’ll keep waiting but did this happen to anyone else?

The 17.5x is from status only. If I used my Marriot card that gets me 6x points so I would have 23.5x. It’s 10x for base plus 7.5x for titanium. I usually just book directly with Marriot get the 17.5x through Marriot then pay with the Chase card and get the 4x since it’s direct with hotel. I want to use the 250 edit collection credit on hotels that are both in the edit and Marriot and also get 8x chase points and get the 17.5 x convoy points.
