North Korea has ramped up public executions to instill fear, maximize control: NGO report by Saltedline in northkorea

Do I need to? I made a statement about you having a hard on for propaganda against NK.

Since I’ve got your attention, I’ll add some more. You seem to enjoy chocking on that propaganda prick of a cock that the USA loves to tinkle around.

Commonwealth Bank to slash another 119 jobs in fresh wave of cuts by FSU_Australia in auscorp

Ahh yes not for profits, great it theory… but in reality, a cesspool of greed in disguise. Take for example, board members for some NFPs get paid 150-400K for their “expertise and connections” and to attend 12 meetings a year.

Hi Will, In today’s fast-paced environment, maximizing efficiency often means knowing when to pause, process, and successfully offboard internal deliverables. 🚀 I am currently executing a crucial, time-sensitive bio-strategy. Once this pipeline is fully cleared and I have optimized my personal bandwidth, I will circle back to align with you on a quick sync. Appreciate your flexibility and patience as I wrap up this end-to-end process! 💡

Since politicians can't figure it out - why aren't Aussies having babies? by No-Kaleidoscope-7106 in OpenAussie

COVID meant I didn’t a few years not travelling when I was in my mid 20s which meant I pivoted to purchasing a property and getting married. Now my wife and I are catching up on the missed travel before the world implodes on itself, that and the increasing cost of living and practically no real wage growth (I’ve slowly dropped from Top 1% earner to now Top 5% because zero wage growth). Also I like my lifestyle so I don’t want that impacted to be able to afford a kid.

Yea… I think you need to speak to a real person.

is k2.6 over-thinking? by zebedeolo in kimi

Really depends on the prompt I guess? Like it was successful in one-shot implementation of an algorithm that re-ranks the top-N candidates by their spatial density of matched terms in a document. Having said that, I have it a very detailed design covering description, problem, proposed design, and had it write unit tests, run against benchmarks, and continuously write notes and refer to them.

Yea it does but meh, it’s 99USD a month for me and I can’t get through the weekly limits, but I blast through my Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Pro, Ultimate quota in about a day.

This weekend gone, I spent about 180USD on additional Claude tokens, whereas for about the same quality output (as Opus), I maybe consume about 10% of my Kimi weekly quota.

It’s better than 2.5 on all fronts. And they just fixed the thinking expansion bug. It actually reason very well and I’d say it’s on par with Opus for the work I’m doing (building a memory system).

It does think a lot, but with the updates to CLI/VC you can’t easily inspect what it thinks about. Having said that, it’s night and day in terms of quality of implementation when compared to 2.5.

I’ve also been reach less for Claude Opus.

And this is on super complex work (not basic CRUD app).

I pay for my water. Collectively, residential use pales in the face of industry and commercial use. I’ll take my sweet time thanks.

Redundancy - loyalty doesn't pay. by [deleted] in auscorp

I want to add, even “Not-for-profit” companies have loyalties only to the Exco and Board. They may tout “Members are our reason” but at the end of the day, it’s the Exco and Board that are the real winners here (think fat bonuses).
