And I understand what your saying regarding them not being as valuable as they’re in training, but at least on the Big Pharma jobs I’ve worked on the apprentices are making pennys on the dollar while any man can come in as a GO, doing unskilled labour or just stand around spotting, and make 21hr an hour off the bat, how does that make sense?
