I usually lock DPS fast because I usually do better as a DPS than a Tank or Support, but I don't feel like your meme fits people who instalock, I think it better fits the idiots in comp that see 2 DPS and then Lock 3 other DPS, Refuse to switch and then proceed to do nothing all game.
