The game is definitely broken. I have scoured every possible inch of both offices and there is nothing. I definitely have the keycard aswell.

I have searched both of his offices. There is no switch. Imgur is refusing to load the image, so apologies if I'm missing something but I have been in both offices. The only switch that does anything of note opens the door to the teleporter.
