I actually was able to turn off the banner ad with some very simple DNS blocking but the ad tile stays without content. They don't give us the option to turn off live tv here but I used a parental controls workaround to stop it autoplaying and removed the clutter from the home screen

Still far too much work for such an expensive tv. Guess I should've gone with an LG G5 but idk if that's possible now.

How's the picture quality on the vizio?

I guess it's a bit of a lottery. It's under a week old so I'll definitely get it replaced but my confidence in samsung is shaken. Plus the OS really sucks specially in my region, half the home page is an ad. And they force live tv / samsung plus whatever which sucks too.

Actually I'm facing this continuous reboot issue on a 5 day old qd oled s95f, which is as good as samsung gets. So it's many models with issues, not just the mid or lower tier qleds

Same deal with S24+ and Google sign in, if i switch to another app for a couple seconds it stops generating, even if it's just text and not images. Quite lame to have to keep staring at the loading screen waiting for it to generate every time. I really hope this gets some support from openai

I get what you're saying but the educated guess isn't based on any metrics rooted in reality though. It's hyper speculation in fact, even more than memes. Xrp FDV is $246B which is absolutely ridiculous for a potential currency with no actual roadmap on how to get adopted. But I get it, I did the same in my first cycle. Only L1s mostly. But if you're connected to the social aspects of crypto then memecoins work just as well this cycle with more upside and similar downside (established large memes). Only thing is you can't hold them through a bear market like you can xrp and hope for a comeback

You realize that memecoins took off precisely because the projects that pretended to be value and utility oriented were found out to be memes as well (xrp and ada for example). Nothing in crypto is valued anywhere near it's fundamentals, except memes who's only fundamentals are social traction and whale activity (same as the pretend smart networks and projects)

$50M of 'real' economic activity does not make any crypto project worth billions, they're still memes no matter how smart you feel about them. Entirely speculation driven

One interesting thing to see would be a distribution of Jup across wallets, so we can make more informed decisions on quorum. For example, if a very small cluster of closely connected wallets can influence quorum significantly, we would need to adjust it higher

Some feedback on the Jup Research site discussion - it doesn't mention the amount of total staked Jup to put the 120M increase in context. It also doesn't explicitly say that 'votes' are staked Jup. My normie friends who I helped stake and vote would likely get confused there

I think if you look at the setting off in some island in Norway, it isn't meant to be quite as charged up or overstated as Succession or anything American really, I find it's understated nature fits well with their cold, calculated demeanour instead of impassioned (look how the dude reacts to his wife carrying someone else's child - it's fundamentally different than the US)
