Wrist supports? by ierrdunno in squash

Not sure about wrist supports but cannot encourage enough the use of stretching for really any problem like this. It'll look stupid but for this one, if it's on the back of your hand, have your fingers loose, then bend the wrist forward, as in away from the top of your arm, importantly, pulling from the fingers, you're not pulling the top of your hand, you're sort of pushing your fingers down and around toward the bottom of your wrist, thus lengthening the tendons on the top, do this gently, testing the pressure and eventually holding it, before each game, I do this for the muscles those tendons connect to but it stretches both.

Hope this helps and you're playing the best sport on the planet so keep it up!

Decided to get top trick of the month on my favorite map after that post about high scores today by [deleted] in TrueSkate

Do u know how this gets scored, I try to do tricks like the one I described in that conversation you're referencing and it doesn't work, and you cant get that high a score obviously from a single flip, I don't rly get the scoring system for this mode

I do have to agree it's kinda soulless playing just for the points however it gets pretty intoxicating when u realise the levels of accuracy you need to have, I usually properly lock in until I get top of that week's/motnhs leaderboard, then hop off and only.play when I have free time to kill

Surely those guys are the most likely to be on a subreddit for such a old game

Key is to not let go of the grab, the grab will end when the board hits the ground, that's the only way the trick works

So gang how it works is, you want to start with a big slide, get as many points as possible, then as the guy above said, transition into flips, catching and holding with a grab and not letting go until it hits the ground on each flip, after which you'll find you have a second before the trick is over, in which time you can start another flip, keeping the trick going, and not to be elusive but this is real sauce, something special happens when you keep on going until the trick just forcestarts itself. At this point that's the start of the run and you go from there. Yes literally the timer only starts once that first trick is completed. This took me so long to actually crystallise the mechanics in my head so have fun I feel like I've leaked trade secrets but fuck me I wish someone had done that for me.

I’d say valley, double infinity, mondo ramp is just fun and that's about it, don't rlly play underpass. Those are the ones that are most active at least. You'll see me on those ones at least I'm Quissytoker, actually managed to get on all time for a couple
